What does “made to order” mean?


Each SoulKind™ piece is created after you place your order. We do not hold inventory. This reduces waste and supports intentional production.

How long does production take?


Orders typically enter production within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping times vary by carrier and location. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Will I receive tracking information?


Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Can I return or exchange my item?


All items are made to order and final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If eligible, we will coordinate a replacement.

Can I cancel or change my order?


Because items are made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production begins.

What if my package shows delivered but I can’t find it?


If tracking shows delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to address errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
