SoulKind™ Apparel operates as a print on demand business. All products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners.

Processing Time
Orders typically enter production within 2 to 5 business days after purchase. Production times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Carrier Responsibility
SoulKind™ Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned, delayed, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Delivered but Not Received
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. SoulKind™ Apparel does not replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
